Circuit Rebel Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Circuit Rebel, every console is custom-built, fully refurbished, and extensively tested before shipping. I take pride in the quality of my work and want you to love your purchase.

If you experience an issue, I’m here to help.
Below is our full return, refund, and exchange policy.


2. Returns (Within 30 Days)

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The product is defective upon arrival
  • The console does not function as advertised
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product was damaged during shipping

To qualify, the item must:

  • Be in its original condition
  • Include all packaging, accessories, and included items
  • Not show signs of customer tampering, opening, or modification

If a return is approved due to our fault (defect, wrong item, etc.), Circuit Rebel covers return shipping.

Returns are not accepted based on preference reasons (e.g., “I changed my mind”).


3. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, I will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds:

  • Issued to the original payment method
  • Typically processed within 3–5 business days

Refunds may be reduced if items are missing, damaged, or show evidence of opening/modding.


4. Exchanges

If a product is defective or damaged in transit, I will repair or replace the console at no cost once the return is approved.

Exchanges are only offered for the same product model purchased, unless otherwise discussed.


5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable manuals or digital items
  • Consoles damaged due to customer handling, drops, liquid, or unauthorized opening
  • Items outside the return window
  • Consoles modified by the customer after delivery

6. Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Contact me through the contact page on Circuit Rebel.
  2. Include:
    • Order number
    • Name
    • Description of the issue
    • Photos or video (if applicable)

Most return requests are answered within 1–2 business days.


7. Warranty vs. Returns

Returns cover unexpected issues within 30 days.
Our 90-Day Warranty covers defects in workmanship and component failures.

If your console has a problem after 30 days, your claim will be handled under our warranty, not the return policy.


8. Shipping Damage

If your item was damaged in transit:

  • Contact me within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the packaging and product
  • I will handle the shipping claim and send a replacement
