Circuit Rebel Shipping Policy 

Processing Times

Because each console is custom-built and quality-checked, please allow:

  • 3–5 business days for in-stock, ready-to-ship items
  • 7–14 business days for custom or made-to-order builds

I’ll always keep you updated if your order needs extra time or parts are on backorder. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another with tracking once it ships.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

All orders ship from Oregon, USA via trusted carriers:

  • USPS Priority Mail (includes tracking and insurance)
  • USPS Ground Advantage (includes tracking and insurance)

You’ll see carrier options and rates calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

Tracking Your Order

Once your console ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number and a direct link to follow its journey.
If you don’t see tracking updates right away, give the carrier 24–48 hours to scan it into their system.

Lost or Damaged Packages

All shipments include basic insurance, but if your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all:

  1. Contact me through the website within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).
  2. Include your order number and photos if the package was damaged.
  3. I’ll help file a claim and make it right — repair, replacement, or refund as needed.

Preorders & Custom Builds

When you preorder or request a custom mod, you’re reserving materials and build time.
Shipping timelines will be clearly noted in your order confirmation or product listing.
You can always message me through the website if you’d like an update on your build status.
